Class Description: Our Twist & Rinse Flow Down was born from the need to build our heat to help clear (transmute) and settle into our body to let it do its work. We get moving in our Flow with some side body stretches to prepare the body to twist in our Sun A, Chair pose, Crescent Moon, and Half Splits, to then end in a Supported Side Plank with crunch options. Yes, we WORK! Then, we come down into a beautiful Supported Butterfly, Supported Twist, Supported Supine Twist, and Banana to stretch it out before we close in Savasana.
