60 Minute – Yoga with Weights 06.01.2024

Props Needed:  Mat, A set of free weights (3, 5, or 8lb), Water, Towel

Class Description: Are you ready to sweat and feel strong??  This class is challenging in a fun way, yes, Mary’s kind of fun, but still!  We warm up to prepare out body to work with weights with some dynamic stretching (aka yoga, lol) and then we dive right into it!  We have a fun flow with upper and lower body work, core, and our strength series in this is taken to a whole new level!  We cool down with our beloved pigeon and much more.  Enjoy!
