60 Minute – Hip Mobility Mandala 05.01.2024

Props Needed:  Mat, 2 Blocks, 1 Strap, Bolster (or pillow)

Class Description: Yoga is a powerful tool for our mobility.  Biggest key factor for it?  SHOW UP!  That’s right, be on your mat 3x’s a week is you’re looking to increase your mobility and range of motion both on and off your mat.  This flow will take us through mobility work, stretching, active and passive holds, movement, FUN, and some challenge.  Our poses will range from easy to intermediate so that you can pick what suites you best.
