60 Minute – Clearing our Hips Junk Drawer 03.01.2024

Props Needed:  Yoga Mat, Block (optional)

Class Description: This flow will CLEAR our junk drawers out, AKA our hips! We work with the intention of “Be Free” as we clear and create space for our lives to flow with greater ease. Some of the poses we will work with include Modified Prone Frog (yes, please!!), Gate Rock, Skandasana, or Lateral Lunge, Awkward Side Plank with a flow (more yes, please! ), and more. We will feel clear, calm, and collected after this class.
